Independent Hostels UK is the UK's official network of independently managed bunkhouses, hostels, backpackers, camping barns and group accommodation. With over 290 member hostels the network is larger than the Youth Hostel Association (YHA).
Independent Hostels UK is part funded by the UK government and works with Scottish Independent Hostels, VisitBritain, Sustrans, and the Long Distance Walkers Association to promote Independent Hostels across the UK.
